Each day

She enchants me like morning's dew
With new born shadows passing thru.
Like odors, of the dawn of morn
From scented flowers still unborn.

She delights me with downy gay
Like bobbing butterflies at play.
She chitchats like the birds that sing
Their wakefulness of new born spring.

She steeps her humor like a tea
And serves the doses guiltlessly.
With plumb uniqueness of a child
And wisdom of the undefiled.

She banquets me. A shameless spread.
And though enchantment is inbred
Creation of our common needs
I am in awe, her common deeds.

A constant play of Santa Claus
And I a child of wild applause.

Seymore, what a nice job you did with this piece. Nothing more precious than love that has stood the test of time. You and your wife are very lucky to feel this way about each other after so many years May you share many more
