Your knees are weak, your mouth is dry. Before you think, escapes a cry. Burning pleasure, I am surcease, eternal treasure, eternal release. Your body sags, your mind drags. Death you can defy but not I. I am power, I am greed, I am tears, upon you I feed. Action, movement, numbing pain. Battle release, emotional drain. Sign, sigils, announce my return. I have the power, I'll make you burn. You cannot fight, you cannot change, I am eternal, my actions pre-arranged. ©1992 DreamEvil ------------------ Patience is a virtue, but virtue has never been one of my redeeming qualities. DreamEvil..... this is frightening in a way... very good use of emotion! ------------------ ~one voice~ ***For myself I Live, Live intensely and am fed by life, and my value, whatever it be, is in my own kind of expression of that. -Henry James |

Awesome work! What causes the most terror? Those things which we cannot control... that last line says so much. |
