Let's traipse among the stars tonight Come dance with me 'till dawn's new light Let's waltz as one beneath the moon -Come hastily - for dawn wakes soon. Come sing a song with me, my Love Pure harmony to rise above The deaf'ning din that sure abounds -'Till we but hear love's sweeter sounds. Let's fly together you and I Above the clouds - let's soar so high Transcending mountain peaks - each one -'Till twilight's nigh and day is done. Come dance with me, Beloved, do From this day on - 'till time is through Let's soar above life's raging shore -And sing love's sweet song - evermore. |

Ah yes..... a poem about love.....  which just happens to be written in flawless iambic tetrameter with a perfect rhyme scheme.... 'Tis simply perfect..  [This message has been edited by Nan (edited 08-29-99).] |
