What be this force
which we call Love?
It's power and portents,
torture and torments,
we know nothing of.

Love and pain
remain the same,
both in force cause fears.
Together as one,
apart as none;
both in faith bring tears.

Tears of fire
from a heart of ice
doth prove a passion
beyond mortal price.

Tears of ice
from a heart of flame
show Love and treachery
as the same,
as one the source
of mortal shame.

Crystal tears of compassion
shatter
when they touch
a heart of stone,
leaving behind
a path for the blind
and lovers
to walk alone.

A woman's tears
are precious beyond the years,
when shed for reasons of Love.
Women shine with loving light,
as does the moon above.

For all lovers lost,
a price is paid,
beyond mortal cost
and all the World dies,
when the Moon cries.

Thank you,very much!! Most of what I write is dark and gothic, I was a little hesitant about posting anything. I will be sure to post more.

I haven't yet figured out how to do the smiley faces and all that other cool stuff everyone else does... so that's my little smile ... hahaha.

To do "smilies" and "html" graphics - Click on "FAQ" in the upper right corner of the forum screen, and you'll find a tutorial for html, some graphics, and a list of smilies.
