I've been so blessed to have friends as great as I do, so......here's my humble gift. Thank you all here at passions, as well as my friends that know me personally.

Like shimmering sunshine, you've flooded my life.
Your gentle love has lifted me from a blackened abyss.
With a soft word and warm embrace you've ended my strife.
Not a single moment with you do I ever want to miss.

To discover a friend like you is a sparkling jewel so rare.

The wounds to my heart burned from the salt of my tears.

When by your side, my haunting demons I no longer fear.

Amazing. this is a poem that is descriptive of what I am feeling right now with a new found friendship. I have written several poems for her but none as intense and beautiful as yours.
