At quarter of I'll go to bed
Leave all these words in my head

At ten of I'll shut it down
And move these words underground

At five of I'll just cut it out
And leave it all to morning light

At four o'clock I'm on my way
These old words will have to stay

At five after I will run
To the bed and climb on in

At ten after I'll be done
Holding on for word one

At four thirty I've forgot
I guess I didn't see the clock

At four fifty five oh no
Out to work my husband gos

At five thirty I'll be through
And have a lovely poem for you
