She stalks and prowls through the creeping night She parades the lost forrest showing no fright Her body is long and sleek with an agitated tail Her eyes a flaming glow making her other features frail A single silver star stands right across her chest As if to say "I'm different from the rest" Her coat is pure black full of an unearthly gleam Her beauty is so striking she is a walking dream When I feel the pain dissolving my skin She always knows when to let me in Her tail arches tall as she encircles my feet Her eyes glow as her purr keeps a comforting beat When she knows she has brightened my day She goes back to her usual way She slinks out the door and turns back for a last sight Then she flips her tail back and fades into the night |

I liked this... being butler for a cat may be a nuisance... but it definitely has its rewards! |
