I look into the eyes, of the one I knew well,
and now i know not, the feelings that dwell.
My words become silent, I know not what to say,
and my heart hardens, becoming dark and grey.
You were my sun, and once my moon,
and with one kiss, my heart would swoon.
I loved you with every depth of my heart,
and now I know, that we're finally apart.
I can not explain the way i feel,
because now the memories, are becoming unreal.
You were my thoughts, my breath, and my voice,
and loving you, was never a choice.
I want to run to you, and hold you tight,
but around you is a wall, that i can not fight.
Why do you always, just turn away?
Why dont you ever, have words to say?
You made me promise, to never leave you,
and only my promise, was the one to stay true.
And now I write with tears in my eyes,
alone and broken, lost in lies.

Well done.I can feel the saddness of the person in this poem.Love lost is the hardest to deal with.
