Is it so wrong not to go along
And say that black isn't white?
Is it impure to say you're sure?
Is it so wrong to be right?

Is it a sin not to give in
But stand up there and fight?
Is it unlawful? Is life so awful?
Is it so wrong to be right?

The world, it seems, is full of schemes
And people who don't care.
They do what they must with minimum fuss
But challenge it? They don't dare!

But, as for me, I'll find the key.
I'll sing my protest song
And the melody will let them see
That being right isn't wrong.

It's not wrong to be right and it's not right to be wrong but it helps to be bright.
Good one.

It's not wrong to be right, but there is no-one who will admit that someone else could be right.
Love the poem.

I always believed two wrongs don't make it right, but now I have to think, cause if I were wrong, and wanted to admit I were wrong, that would make two wrongs, and that would not be right, even though it really would be right. Do I have you confused yet? Anyway, great thoughts here Sir Balladeer, as always you master the art.

I'm always right. Just ask my husband.

(I hope I'm not being wrong
In trying to get this right.)
When you're right about being wrong,
And you're not afraid to fight,
Remember, leading right is wrong,
If you want to win the fight.

Those of you who think you know it all, are really annoyed to those of us who do...

Know where I can find a job as a bumper sticker writer??? hahha

It is not a sin to be right! I'm write all the time...hm.....er....right..yeah, that's it, I'm right(handed) all the time...

Balladeer if you say your are right all the time, I would agree with you, if you say you are wrong, I would agree with you because you're right all the time.

I did see an underlying thread of philosophy here and agree again!

I think the key is tact... its great to be right, but its *wrong* to be right "in your face"... Nice work, as usual, thought provoking...
