I looked up tonight and noticed something I never really paid attention to. I noticed that I saw no moon. I never noticed that until tonight....the moon was not there, but I wasnt worried. Why wasnt I worried? Because I knew it would return. Darling, if you look up in the sky, and there is no moon, be reminded of my love. Although at times, you do not see me, know that I am there. Although at times, the clouds cover me, know that I am there. Although you see, not my all, know that it is there. I am the light, upon your darkness I am the shadow that follows you. No matter the distance, no matter where you go, I am there with you. So know, that sometimes you dont see me, sometimes I am not all with you, I will return, I will be the moon, the moon upon your darkness. ------------------ "And the day came, where the risk to remain tight in a bud, was more painful than the risk it took to blossom" |
