but it's not working out the way
you said it would
things aren't what they seem
not like you said they would be

I know you tried to tell me
don't fall in love
and I know you tried to teach me
how to be tough

But momma, I think I've fallen in love

I love it. It's like a song. Love isn't always the way we think it should be. Sometimes it's better than we expected.
