I sit alone in still of night, Pondering upon my plight, I ask myself does love exist, Is there a life that I have missed? Is true love but a fairy tale, A story that the bards regale? That all must seek and never find, A figment of our mortal mind? We come together, join as one, In front of all, new lives begun, But deep within the walls remain, What stays behind once passions wane? I wish I knew the answer true, I thought I knew til I met you, For now I know there's something more, That in my heart a love may soar. But you are there and I am here, I'll never kiss or hold you dear, For I am destined in my plight, To sit alone in still of night. |

Ah Ha, you took me on an emotional roller coaster ride. But you took me right back to where I got on so the trip was complete. Nice ride Ohme |

Mike, I really liked this one....I must say, I have asked myself the same questions. ------------------ "Nobody has measured, not even poets, how much the heart can hold" ~Zelda Fitzgerald |

Dwelling on every word you wrote, Seemed like it came from my throat. To think alike and feel so lonely, Depressed, not to have a one and only! |
