I think this wants to be a poem when it grows up. Alarm clock ringin, the kids are screamin over a cereal box put an end to world war three now everybody find your socks No you can't wear your hair like that don't forget to lock the door and feed the cat I won't forget to iron your best shirt as soon as I get home from work As soon as I get home from work I'll help you with your math and spelling words just let me get this laundry in and dinner on the stove your field trip is tomorrow, yeh I know we'll get it all done, you'll get there on time as soon as I get home from work I've got a million things on my mind til a million and one comes up from behind and says mama - do you have time? and it hurts to say, as soon as I get home from work ------------------ Kay-lynn |

Boy do I know that hurried life. Great point! There is a but coming now...but give the time today for there may not be tomorrow, and had we known that we would of given it all up in a minute. |

Such a busy life....autobiographical? It sounds as though its pretty real. Nicely descriptive. |
