Love is What Hurt

My tears are crimson blood
for I've been torn by pain
My mind's a throbbing pulse
it makes me go insane

I'd have much more willingly
been speared by a knife
What did I do
to have to pay such a price?

I just needed someone
who I thought cared
I just needed someone
who would be there

All I did was trust, love, and hope
I guess I was wrong
I guess I was blind
I should've known all along

They say you'll get over it
but they never learn
They say that love will heal me
but love is what hurt

a man one day flew toward the sun
and as he got closer things got hotter and hotter but his passions led him and he continued on his journy getting ever closer to his desire he eventaly got burnt but he had chased his passion and was happy in knowing that he had conquered what he had set out to get done. his trip was a lot like yours, you chased after your passion but got burnt. it was better for the man to chase his dream and get burnt then to havenever taken the journey.

sorry to hear you got hurt...but atleast you took the trip, keep chasing your passions and your writings...
