Death please come to end my jouney My soul can take no more... Make me sleep and ne're awaken Upon endless billows soar... Like a bird that's been set free All troubles left behind... If only I could take you with me Our souls would be entwined... How unimportant my next breath is I've completely given in... How peaceful death sounds to my ears The storms rage deep within. |

I felt this one. Unfortunately, I didn't feel any sense of delivery making it more powerful. So I will see it as an unfinished part of life. I long for the sense of renewal, release from pain that is not so final. Enjoyed! |

I also still feel moments of desparation. Such a sadly true poem. So many of us have felt this way before. Excellent, poetFemmeFatale. ------------------ *Krista Knutson* "I will sail my vessel 'till the river runs dry, like a bird upon the wind, these waters are my sky..." Garth Brooks |
