i can still taste your breath from that first impromptu kiss the way my rogue fingers navigated across your skin the crisp November air held at bay by the warmth of my passion for you in that moment the world fell away and there was just us i breathe you in reluctant to exhale just wanting to savor you savor us, here, now your sweat glistens on your body i wear it, as i wear you it all blends as we fuse into one one thing, one entity only temporary, for things of such great magnitude never last sustaining euphoria is an attempt in futility but that moment, that single moment, is worth trying for you are worth trying for |

In all the poems that I have read today... yours is my favorite. You have captured that moment so perfectly and your poem helps me replay in my head over and over that one second when love is consumed |
