Just when I think I cannot take any more Because death or sorrow has come to my door I take a deep breath and try to dry my eyes And remember that Your love is grander than realized. Thank You for being there, for allowing me this new pain To remind me that suffering is nothing new, but just a name Because of what You, who gave so much All to remind us that we remain in your touch. You forgive us for not praying, and for falling astray You forgive us all things, each and every day. Even when we forget that everything is already in Your plans And we forget that you pick us up when we can no longer stand. So thank you, Lord, for your forgiving ways And for showing me the silver lining in a thousand ways In the brush of an angel’s wing, or a touch from a friend’s hand Thank You, Lord, for reminding me that life indeed is so grand. |

Thank you Genea and Balladeer. Your words of praise fill me with cheer. [Oh man, that was terrible!] Again. Thank you Genea and Balladeer. Your critique of words I hold dear. [Oh my, not much better.] Hey you two...thanks bunches! |
