I’m going on a crusade to find a funny bone. I called my local butcher on the telephone. He had no clue what I need and he hung up on me. So I am gonna ask all the poets in Open Poetry. Its not your normal item its bound to take some time. Its for my friend DreamEvil, cause I can’t give him mine. Does anybody have one, that they aren’t using now. I’m really doing all I can to find him one somehow. Cause he wants to write a funny poem and join the Toe tag war. And he has never tried to write a funny poem before. You all might be unaware of what Toe or 'Deer endorses. But unbeknownst to both of them Good and Evil have joined forces.  |

Perhaps we can clone Toerag and use the spare parts from there! I'm sure DreamEvil won't mind having the same warped funny bone as Toe!  Love the poem! |

Lucie has bitten off a lot in her latest request, Asking us to help DreamEvil become a humorist. I've seen his evil poetry and it makes me quake. Give a funny bone to Dreamie? I'm sure he'll make it break. First he'll want to tie it down with barbed wire restraints, Then he'll pinch it with his pliers so he can hear complaints. Next he'll set the bone on fire in a pool of alcohol, And then he'll wonder if the rest of us are also having a ball. Dreamie with a sense of humor. Be careful what you wish, He may come to your house tonight to see if you're ticklish. Dying of laughter is just a saying you've often heard before, But with Dreaime its more a goal than just a metaphor. Dreamie - this was all in good humor - so please read it as such. |

I know funny bones can't be found back in the Meat Section, But I can think of at least one alternate selection. Over just one produce aisle, arrayed neatly on a slant, Is the handiest veggie that I know, an aubergine Eggplant. "What's so handy about an eggplant?" Your mind ponders on, Is what Dreamie could do with one when cucumber season's gone. He could stick large nails through it until it was all spiked, Then use it for a backscratcher on those lonely nights. |
