I'm logging on - I hold my breath to see if you are there... to see if you have left for me a treasure anywhere... An e-mail, or a poem or a paragraph of love - my lover on the Internet sent to me - from above. My monitor, a window to the world in which you live - my heart an open vessel that is full & wants to give... To you - my love - true happiness, a feeling so complete - I've needed you, you've needed me however did we meet ?... I place my hand upon the screen and wish that I could feel your lips, your breath, your soft caress I know that you are real. I try to fight this feeling that you are just fantasy - - I've never had someone like you please give your "words" to me. Romantic verse with meter - rhyme, make love to me with prose... lull me into lover's sleep - Will I awake ? Who knows.... Please feel me reaching out to you my hand upon the screen - I long to touch you - hold you close and "feel" you in my dream. I think of you as someone who completes me through & through... from this day forth, with Cyber-love I give my "words" to you.......... ------------------ I beckon you to come...I lure you with my tongue... - poet FemmeFatale |

This is good. I mean really good. I think that many of have the urge to put our hands on the screen in a effort to be closer to the person we are communicating with. Wonderful thoughts. |

How well you've captured that breathless anticipation of logging on... looking and hoping for a word that will make your day! I must admit, I'm guilty of touching my screen... wishing I could reach beyond it... Excellent job!! |

I was searching through the piles here at Passions for another piece by you and found this little gem. I sat there in awe just admiring the work. The words just flowed wonderfully. My hat is off to you. ------------------ Opinions are like bellybuttons: eveybody's got 'em and they're good for nothing. |

Oh my goodness ... PFF, this is a gem ... truer words were never written ... there is nothing so romantic as falling head over heels in love with someone's mind (words, etc) before you've ever touched or even seen thier body ... course I could be biased, since it has happened to me too ... I wish the both of you the best of luck ... the man who has captured your attentions undoubtedly knows how lucky he is, so I won't remind him ... Really enjoyed the read ... thanks for sharing. Nocht ------------------ "Nunc lento sonitu dicunt, morierus" (Now as I hear this bell tolling softly for another, it says to me, "Thou must die.") |
