If you had to make a choice between what’s right and what is wrong? Would the decision be that easy? Would it take you very long? If you had to stretch a helping hand to someone in great need? Would you hesitate in helping them or would you do this deed? Then why does it take so very long to tell the ones you love, that your sorry if you hurt them or that they are often thought of? It seems the easiest things to do are the things that bear our name. The little deeds that make us popular, bring our 15 minutes of fame. The needs of deadbeat family members, are things we overlook. We whine about having to help them and just how long it took. We're quick to jump to the aid of other people we don’t know. Someday you may need your deadbeat family & you reap just what you sow. |

Lucie, this is very thought provoking! I don't have a deadbeat family - but if I did, I would now think twice about turning them down when they ask for help! You hit a nail right on the head with this one! |

Lucie I'm up with the others, I doubt I'd refuse to give a hand to anyone... Well done..:-)) HUGS ------------------ You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give. |
