Un-natural connections , made by infernal machines . Some like swiss clockworks , most like bad dreams . With no way to fathom , which one you'll get next . Quite often they leave us ,completely perplexed . Stumbling most blindly ,through what we know not . Like bad method actors ,in some soap opera plot . A connection established ,with much fuss and great cost. Should not at the whim of some server be lost. A mantra recited , a rabbit's foot touched. A white knuckled grip on the mouse that I clutch . The command has been sent , acknowleged , recieved . The line is now open , or so I believe . When for some reason , I'll never know why . My connection's been lost , once again it's... GOOD BYE ! ------------------ |
