The way he pens his words, With diligent passion's flair, Where every word has it's place... A task so few could bear. He'll strum his constructive instrument And play with melodic right. Yet the keys that he is seeking Are neither black nor white. He'll take you on a grand voyage Across the endless seas, Into another time and place, And does this seemingly with ease. He'll paint majestic masterpiece With soft, poetic hue. He'll make you feel this piece he writes Is meant for only you. I don't know how to thank this man, For my words could not compare. So, I'll just say within my heart His words are treasured there. |

Words like these are the greatest tribute a poet can get...knowing that he or she touched someone's heart and made a difference. It's beautiful. |
