ALL OF A SUDDEN

All of a sudden, my eyes close
and I finally see inside.
All of a sudden, my eyes open
and I see myself for the first time.

All of a sudden, my mind is
unrestricted and allows in compromise.
All of a sudden, I can sort out all the
confusion that's been lingering on in my mind.

All of a sudden, I am able to
understand what it's all about.
All of a sudden, confidence fills me
and self doubt drains out.

All of a sudden, I can let go
of grudges and start to forgive.
All of a sudden, I realize how good it feels
to get out there and live.

All of a sudden, my heart heals
and I can trust again.
All of a sudden, the chaos that was once
in my life is over and I'm ready to begin.
