Choices Glazed by potent whiskey his eyes narrowed at her From somewhere inside him came words she believed to be how he truly felt She became what he named her cold and uncaring heartless bitch blankly staring She shut out the fear of blood--- "Its yours or mine Push me over the line One of us will die tonight. The time to choose is here You decide or I will either way there's something to kill Its me or that devil who swims in your glass But keep your eye on us both you just never know It could come to pass that you choose the drink and continue to think I'll take the hits and cry Cry I might but one of us will die tonight. I've learned your moves timed your steps and measured your reach oh the things that devil can teach to those who beg to know So look at me through that glass enjoy that whiskey... it'll be your last caroline all rights reserved ------------------ The only man worth your tears will never make you cry... |

Thanks Denise and PDV. I wish more women would stand up to the jerks, but I understand the fear as well. Sometimes the risk is too great, and just leaving is the best option. ------------------ The only man worth your tears will never make you cry... |
