There are so many more dimensions around,
For each of us as we live,
Some not so good but to which we are bound,
Some, others find hard to forgive.

We always turn the coin over,
And look for the tarnish on it's underside.
Perhaps it's cos we feel undeserving,
Maybe it's a way of trying to hide.

Hide from those ugly realities,
We'd all prefer to not see,
But those negative feelings are always there,
We just prefer not to see.

And the green eyed monster called jealousy,
He/She is often around,
We all work hard so other's don't see,
Be quiet! Don't utter a sound!!

Cos jealousy is childish or selfish,
It embarrasses those you are with,
They'll think you're a bad person,
With nothing good to give.

Then there is fear which comes in many forms,
Fear of the unknown, fear of not fitting in,
Or being scorned,
Fear is a common visitor, present from the day we are born.

Anger too, is a dangerous one,
It can hurt physically or emotionally,
It can start wars, end marriages,
It can kill your being totally.

Then there is another dimension,
One I particularly hate,
It's in the form of indifference,
It's wounding may be great.

They can pretend to be nice to you,
Offer to lend a helping hand,
But deep inside you know the reality,
To them you are no more important than a grain of sand.

And lastly there's this big and all consuming one,
Loss and all it's surrounds,
Loss of life, friendship or emotion,
A catastrophic way to drown.

THERE YOU ARE CHRISTOPHER, DON'T KNOW IF I LIKE THIS ONE EITHER.. but I MET THE CHALLENGE1

Isis! First off, I want to apologize for the misunderstanding! I loved your first one! That I challenged you to expand it meant that it touched on something in me.... I Love this one too! You have pointed out a lot of things here, and I agree with you when you say that indifference is the one I despise the most.
Challenge well met, and another to go with it!
I challenge you to write only about the good things inside these many dimensions! And I look forward to it!

Christopher, I thought my first lot of dimensions were mainly about the good.
