so i held my head so high walked down the street to die could almost make it to the end so full of dirty sin put my pride back in its place i can see the end of this race shot rings out so very near inches short i fall there i try to crawl to the sun wanting to run i get to my feet but its too far too little time my little piece of sun closes on the sinful ones so close i almost got away but almost doesnt count as the dead sometimes say.. ------------------ |
