fresh morning fell lightly on me drowned me in the cool sweat of a night spent passionately loving the earth coaxing from her musty depths and dark crevices a warmth well hidden there feeding her and feeding on her stirring with expert moon fingers the oceans she bears into whirlpools and waves only night sailors see running unseen hands over her surface causing even the trees to rise a little higher toward it and sleeping flowers to sigh and so morning came to me and in one moist kiss revealed to me it's one true love carressing the earth in silent darkness ------------------ "just another lost child, trying to find my way" |

Beautiful imagery ------------------ Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints in our heart and we are never ever the same. Thank you all for leaving footprints!! |

This is exquisite...bravo!!!!! ------------------ "We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion.....the powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse. What will your verse be?" --John Keating, Dead Poets Society |
