My goodness a lot of poems have been posted today!!! This is a poem I wrote 2nite about the jungle, and the surroundings.. so here it goes!

Monkeys swing by,
and butterflies fly.
Flowers bloom,
and branches crack.
Lions roar,
as eagles soar.
Panthers stalk,
making no sound as they walk.
Exotic birds sing,
and ties into everything.
Zebras run free,
through tall grass and leaves,
as the cougar watches high above
in a nearby tree.
Boas squeeze tight,
as the falcons take flight.
As the jaguar strikes,
I realize I can no longer fight.
