Long Distance Relationship Wires, circuits, data and modems Connect people around the world Forging Friendships and loves And great stories to be told The net, the Internet, so cold Yet we have touched and seen How things are different For you and I are real Words feverishly typed To each other over communicators ICQ, Yahoo, Powwow and such One more back up program to reach you Email by the hundreds Day in and day out they go Priority or normal sending But never to be set on low Racing to the computer once home Have I received a not or message? He/She awaits the log on The system is way to slow Pentiums, Ram and 56K Make my messages fly To her to him faster and faster Please don't let the server die. |
