I sometimes take a little glance,
And wonder what, if by chance,
If Balladeer been born a bee,
Or a pig or goat or flea.
He could have been an old milk cow,
With little thought beyond what's now,
His future would be "well done" steaks,
For hungry diner's dinner plates.

How glad I am, you may ask why,
That he's not some household fly,
Whose thoughts of wholesome gastric treats,
were tid-bits from the refuse heaps,
doomed perhaps to end his days
choked to death by insect sprays.
He'd really hate to end it all,
Swatted flat on one's kitchen wall.

ROFL... I love this, Toe!!! And I'm glad 'Deer is exactly who he is... he's almost as much a nuisance as a flea... and you may swat him with a poem almost daily, but he lives to swat right back. *G* And he might enjoy being nibbled on... *EG* but we'd all lose if he was completely consumed at the next backyard barbecue! LOL. Great job!!!

Oh, how I'd feel such elation
If I went through reincarnation.
I have compiled a little list
Of choices I could not resist.

A grain of sand in Toe's toothpaste.
A pound of dirt in his crankcase.
A fouls smell in his shaving lotion.
A tiny pinprick in his Trojan.

A small flea in his toupee's hair.
A herpes blister - you know where.
Crazy glue in his suppository
Would really put me in my glory.

So, watch out, Toe, when you attack.
Who knows how I'll be coming back?
It's possible you'll hear from me
Whenever you take a burning pee!!!

And what's really funny 'bout Balladeer's reply is, that every time I do have to use the bathroom, I do think of him?...Wonder if there's a connection there?...LOL...

Oh Toerag, now be sure that Deer
Will garnish no one's plate, you hear
He's not a goat or bumble bee
He's not a fly or sow you see
Perhaps you should change your approach
He'll bite your toe - He's a Bigroach!!
