For Writers Group, theme: honesty. Honesty doesn't seem to come easy these days. We dress ourselves in layers of lies to hide what's really inside. If we undress our lies and show what's hiding, the truth may not be pleasing to all who see. If we let them rape us of our lies to find what we possess they might not discover us as beautiful as expected. Soon, our pedestal will be taken and all that remains is our raw selves. They say the truth shall set you free...but what if we don't have the courage to open up the infected wound and let it heal? julianna |

Truth. Honesty. Meaningless to 'undress' these aspects of our persona to be put on display if we do not possess them in integrity. "Know thy self and the truth will set you free." |
