Rock And A Hard Place I have collected my seeds, to become some Frankenstein of heart, of such. Fixed pieces. Forced places. Puzzle of parts. Left from the floor of some remnant room where mangled pieces get chewed up by the lonely. Discarded to forget. Strewn around under foot. Stepped on and smeared. Things are never lost; they are just out of place. Trying to find a place of their own. Where they fit and belong. Windflowers blow upon rock refusing to grow, till blown away again to warmth and water. They refuse to die no matter how hard you try to kill them. And I. I have found my soil. It is between a rock and a hard place. I’m not disappointed, I never expected anything from you. |

Helen, So you are closer by than I thought! Excellent write. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |
