when it says that a poem is under review what does it mean? |

It means that it has been taken to one of the two moderating forums - either Deputy Moderators or Senior Moderators - for discussion. For example, there might be a poem that reads like it's glorifying suicide - which is against forum rules. The moderators offer up their opinions as to whether they think that poem is in fact glorifying suicide, and after an adequate amount of discussion (which varies from issue to issue) a decision is reached - return the poem to the forums for public view, or keep it withdrawn.
