Hello, I posted my poem "Sapphiric Flame" a couple of weeks ago in Open, but have made some revisions to in my wordprocessor since then. If I paste it into an e-mail and send it to a moderator would she/he be able to edit my post to incorporate the changes?

You have to contact the forum moderator.

If it substantially changes the poem, then edits won't be made because responses won't make sense.  If it just a few typographical changes, that can be done.  Would you like me to review it for you?  Just let me know.

If you have substantially revised it, then feel free to post it again, noting it was revised!
