I am desperate to find a particular phrase.  I don't know who the author is and I'm sure that I will be scoffed at for even asking this....but here goes.  The phrase ends with "splendor in the grass" Could anyone please tell me where this comes from.  If you don't know the name of the poem, then just the author would suffice.  thank you in advance.

I did a web search and found this phrase. Is this the one you were looking for?

"Though nothing can bring back the hour
of splendor in the grass, or glory in the
flower; we will grieve not, rather find
strength in what remains behind."
    -William Wordsworth

One thing Heather...just a reassurance that you would never be scoffed at for placing a query here - in fact - thank you for posting this here at Passions...
