Finding love poem

I need help locating a poem and the name of the author.I think the poem is titled,
"Did you know that God created you for me to Love".

It goes something like this,

"Did you know that God creted you for me to love
He picked you out from all the rest
Because he knew, I'd love you best
I had a heart and it was true
but now it's gone from me to you

I think the ending is,

"...And just to show my love is true
I'll go to hell and be with you"

The poem you are looking for is all over the web, though all the versions I found are slightly different and attributed to different authors.

Choose almost any of the lines you quoted and feed it into a search engine and you’ll probably find the version you’re looking for.

I searched on this site's poem search and was unable to find this poem. Can someone please tell me anther way to search for this or any poem? What search engine do I use? What do I write in the search box?

Hi naphill3, try google and put one of the lines of the poem between "" and you'll see a bunch of websites coming up.
