Find poem on lost friendship

As a child in 1975 I read a poem on lost friendship; I believe the title is "Around The Corner". I remember but a few lines from it.
It started like this,

"Around the corner I had a friend
In this great city that has no end"...

Then somewhere towards the end it stated,

"Tomorrow I said I'll call on my old friend, Jim
But tomorrow comes and tomorrow goes
and I never call on my old friend, Jim"...

It ended with this verse,

"Around the corner I had a friend
In this great city that has no end
Around the corner

A vanished friend."

I'd be grateful to anyone who can help me find this poem.
