When roots grow firmly, planted into earth, You need not dread how fierce the winds may blow, If broken, there will always be rebirth, New tendrils reaching skyward soon will grow, From aspirations dashed, revived they spring, And flourish 'neath a covering celeste, Protected by a hardy outstretching, Of taproots seeking nourishment afresh.
