                   LOVE

When you think of love what do you see,

In my heart I want you to see me,

All my life I've waited for your kiss,

But I see now it is just hit and miss,

If only I could tell you the way i am feeling,

My love is a love that needs to be known,

Only to you and to you alone,

You see me standing at a long range distance,

All I want to say is "I Love You", for instense,

The days go by and the years drag on,

But I am still waiting for that one perfect moment,

To declare my love and have the whole world know it,

For me that will take a lot of courage,

So now I say "I Love You", for once, after all!

I loved your poem. I am going through that right now. Your poem might just have given me the courage I needed.
