I see you standing there
But you don’t care
I stare at you
And you turn away
I make advances toward you
But you turn aside
I love you
But there is no reason to
You’re just another want
Another love that will never be in the world
Another one of those should have beens
But never were
You’re my life but you’re not in it
You’re a wish that will never come true
Forever in my heart you will be
But a space will be reserved for you when you come about
