Sweet release, the midnight hour, clandestine thoughts, you will devour. Take what you can, remember the past, passionate delight, on her divan. Those bloodless lips, engulf your own. Beauty close at hand, can sink tall ships, so pillow talk, whispers in the dark. A beauty like no other, vicious as a starved hawk. Heavy boots, middle of the night, Your hiding place they shine a light. Sent to a camp, wither and die, These are really very bad guys. ©January 14, 2017 / Jerry Pat Bolton ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

The year and the story are well remembered indeed Mr. Bolton, but these lines of yours fared the better: quote:Great piece! Pass the Glade if you're going to do that here... |

1984 the Novel written by George Orwell? yes, it seems they were very bad guys.... Great write...and now I can see how that 2nd paragraph ties in with the first, as your viewing love from the eyes of the author...for the heroine of the story. Awesome write. Thank you |
