I remember when we were new together. I thought you were the hottest thing on two feet. I loved to watch you walk, I thought you had a bit of a swagger that was sexy. Turns out it was just a limp from an old back injury. I remember your fu manchu, it was your trade mark. I thought it was sexy and looked good on you. Then the radiation made it all fall out, never to grow back. I remember when we were new together, I thought you were the hottest thing on two feet. I loved you more than I could say. I was happy in every way. Then years passed and changes came along, you were afraid I’d love you less, but you were wrong. I love you in a way today I didn’t know how back then. I don't just love you with all my heart, I need you too. I still think you’re sexy, but in less superficial ways. I know that you love me too, by what you say and do. I remember loving you when we were new, it does not compare to this love I have for you. We’ll be happy growing old and gray, the best is yet to be, just wait and see. LGR(C)3/17/20 |

Hey Jimmy! Good to see you here! thanks for the read and compliment. I consider that high praise coming from you, whom I consider to be one of the best love poem writers in the business. ~L |
