I see the waters
that sparkle so blue,
as they rest in your eyes
so refreshing and new

I feel the softness
of clouds from above,
that envelope your body
in a shroud of love

I smell the freshness
of dew in your hair,
the warm rose color
of your skin so fair

I hear the birds singing
as they pass over your crib
Just as the birds
in Jesus' day did

You are my wonder,
a miracle come true,
my labor of love,
I extend all to you

A new world awaits you,
but for now you can rest
and watch the sun grapple,
with the moon for who's best...
