The Dems have spoken...
What a motley crew.
It is what it is.
What are you gonna do?
We'll just have to live
with this witches brew.
Check them out...
A bug-eyed socialist
(dumb as a stick)
Pedophiles and abusers,
they make me sick.
Liars and wife beaters
(all dressed up in blue)
add some spice to this
sickening stew.
Simpletons and jailbirds,
Is there one in detention?
Oh, and a dead pimp.
Voters were paying attention!
better a dead pimp than a Democrat.
A little dissension.
Narrowly missed
another Sheila Jackson Lee
but Georgia hung on
by the skin of her teeth.
More riff-raff
to flaunt our laws.
Would have been worse
but for Kavanaugh.
California elected a liberal fool,
simple and soft
guaranteed to finish us off.
The Hollywood ego took a beating,
they are rather quiet
as they are retreating.
Now they are thinking
they're going to bring us grief.
I tend to lean more toward comic relief.

Ida,
I can appreciate your concerns, I just share them from the other side. I hope we are both wrong. ~L

Thanks, yann. I' going to try to do more writing. The last couple of years have been difficult and I just haven't been on the site as much as I would like. Glad to be back.

Rebels? We have.
Rebels with solutions? We don't have.
"Telling it like it is?" That's so easy a child can do it.

"Talk, talk, talk! Agree, agree, agree!"

Doing something about it? Ah! That's the ticket!
DO something about it!

Less yammer and more hammer!

Marchmadness - We may hear horses or we may hear zebras. Either way, it's a stampede and somebody is about to get run over. Enjoyed this work Ida. Namyh
