Notably, I cannot deny, the telling of re-telling it was a blueprint for reckless heart beats, beating as the odor of some lame excuse an undertow devouring life’s mysterious shillings prowess of a wild delusional hurricane forced abandoned romance when morning opened revealing lives that intersected with insightful quotes…. You know the ones, that poke & prod your side, ...forever questions the mind of misery & doubt with incredible pain to sacrifice everything for that deep-rooted aggressor which grows jealous subletting to darkness and rain remarkable how some bring inspiration to mind’s eyes dancing with the premise of beautiful perspectives in vain in that one moment, on the edge of saying “yes” to lullabies relying on the throws of a historical intensity, crying acid rain like a sponge screaming, the deepest ink of mid-night blues sometimes when you think you win you really loose harnessing justification for the existence of summer’s cocaine a teen’s great prologue absorbed & leaped a meaningful appetite clever, this ancient oak, that groaned beneath her waves of tears incessantly tracing the silhouette of all those echoing oversights You know the ones, those pretty wide-eyed dreams…. Never…..ever….. to know…the art of listening…. sometimes when you think you lose you really win Lee J (how come so many people always miss the J?) My name is Lee J. er, uhmmm, LEEJ, I for one (whew) have never called you just plain old Lee, (that's a totally unqualified statement because, sometimes, I don't know what has come out of my mouth! Until someone puts a spike in my brow.) Anyway, LeeJ, I really like the way this piece read, and enjoyed the second read too, but like several of yours, I don't always quite understand what you've said; an idea, sure, but sometimes you just get beyond my addled brain. I still read everything that comes across with your name on it though, just so you know. j. |
