The gloom of rainy skies brought comfort like an old gray sweatshirt. I could move around unfettered. My world became large and my movements loose. The old gray sweatshirt allowed me entrance to the out of doors in the middle of the day. It had freedom written all over it. LGR(C)7/18/18 |

Ya "got" me, Lori. I had not the faintest idea where "Old Gray Sweatshirt" was going. But now, after reading the end of your poem, I was delighted to say the least. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

The heat just kills me! Had a little fender bender the other day and had to wait on the officer to arrive. I was in the direct sun at 3:00 for about 5 minutes and the rest of the time (30 min) I hid in the shade of a tree. It took a good 45 minutes after I got home to get cooled back down again. UGH! ~L |
