OOOH

God pits all his critters against us,
especially the itch causing ones….

. . . and then I felt
the softness of your hand
on my shoulder,
felt it slide, caressingly
down my side,
onto, and over my hip, onto . . .
onto my . . . oooh –

“Sweetie” you whisper,
“I too, have an itch.
Would you scratch it for me?”
