I read the bible more often now since I met God down at the roadhouse unless it got pulled off the bottle when Lalo was stocking the tub down on the Modelo end of heaven then I just recite the verses quietly from memory that recognizes opportunity based on the perfume of this bordello and the sound of gold colored metal decorating tattooed ladylike, sleeveless jag lady calls me Padre and shows her sins when she leans over to pray for fire from my gifted Lotus, says butane is best and who am I talking to there, in my mind seems I am listening more than I speak they must be special to have my attention or they are talking dirty, she laughs and says she knows everything dirty in Spanish, and English and even Latin and would I like to hear most of it If she promises not to say another word sighs are mostly love songs |
