I ran to her
within my wanderlust
to the rhythm
of her own down and dirty
dreams are forever
sanctified with my holy hearts’ beat

I sought the vision of her intuitive acuity
looking into my inner
never shuttered heart’s skylight
allowing the light
to once and for all
break through so totally

my mouth slightly open
she surrendered completely
fused with my essences’ forever hug
now it was radiance
merging with joie de vivre
hearts overflowing

for once the world stood still
we breathed as one

This love poem has a great Spiritual quality to it. It seems to express love in its purest form devoid of the lesser lust. ~L

Ah, thank you Lori, for your kind thoughts turned into words. I ran across your poetry book yesterday and have been thumbing my way through it You are amazing with words, but I knew that already
