I wish I could wish a wish like a hurricane A wish that could wash away islands of ignorance destroying strongholds of stigma I wish I could wish a wish like an earth quake A wish that could bring down buildings of brutality crumbling the towers of bigotry I wish I could wish a wish like a flood A wish that could engulf hearts of despair filling them with hope I wish I could wish a wish like the wind A wish that could blow kindness into action greediness out of mind I wish I could wish a wish like magic A wish that could bring peace to the people health to the planet LGR(C)1/1/12 |
